Large Group Tour Fall Request Form 2026
Please complete the following form if you would like to bring a group with more than 15 individuals to tour Bowie State University between
September 8, 2026, - December 7, 2026.
After completing the form, the Office of New Student Experiences and Student Engagement will contact you regarding the details of your tour.
Failure to respond in 7 business days will result in your reservation being canceled
. Due to the high demand for tour requests, we may not be able to accommodate the rescheduling date and/or time requests.
Large campus tours at Bowie State University are conducted Monday-Friday between 10 AM - 2 PM.
It typically takes an hour to an hour and a half to complete a tour depending on the size of the group and the number of questions participants may have. Any request submitted outside of the days and times we conduct campus tours will be denied.
We will not be conducting campus tours on the following dates:
September 9, 2026
(No tours before 11AM)
Friday, October 16, 2026
Friday, October 23, 2026
November 25th- 27th, 2026
Dining: Please note that dining services are not available during the campus tour experience at this time. Outside food and bagged lunches are not permitted on campus.
